The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping: It is our goal at Dunne & Krumm LLC to ship your order as quickly as possible. For domestic orders, we ship Priority Mail through the US Postal service as our first choice, but will also ship UPS as needed at our discretion. If it can't fit in a priority mail box, it will usually ship UPS, especially for large packages or some items shipping to the west coast. Priority Mail delivery is usually 2-3 business days, UPS is generally 2-7 business days depending on location.
International Shipping: All international orders ship via Priority Mail, expected delivery is generally 6-10 business days.
Tracking Information: Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is printed. You will automatically be sent the tracking information from the shipping service provider using the email address you provide on your order. Please check your junk mail if you get an "order completion" email from our website, but do not receive the tracking email--sometimes they end up there depending on your settings!
Backorders: We do our best to minimize the number of backorders we may have and will notify you of any delays.
Drop Shipping: In some situations, we may drop ship part or all of your order direct from the manufacturer as a means to get your order to you in a timely manner and to prevent lengthy backorders. When an item drop ships, there will be no paperwork in the box with your shipment. Use your online receipt for documentation, or your packing slip if you ordered multiple items and only part of your order is drop shipped.

- Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Dunne & Krumm LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. - Return Policy
We take great pride in our merchandise and our goal is to have the customer (horse or human) be completely happy and satisfied with the product. Unfortunately this is not always the case and if this situation applies to you, here is our policy:

Any and all consignment items are not returnable; items are sold “as is”. Special or custom ordered items are also not returnable, these sales are final.
Any item that is returned should show no signs of use or wear. Please use a piece of paper or thin cloth under the saddle when fitting it to your horse. Clothing should show no signs of stretching, washing or general wear. If items do show signs of use or wear they will not be accepted for a return.
Returned items must be postmarked no more than seven (7) business days from the date of notifying Dunne & Krumm LLC of the return and no more than three (3) weeks form date of purchase. The receipt or a copy of receipt should be shipped with the returned item. Items returned after 30 days are by approval only or subject to a 25% restocking fee
